Hedda in Mind is now looking for a licensed psychologist who wants to work in a growing organization where care and commitment are in focus.

Hedda in Mind is part of Hedda Care, and we are passionate about promoting well-being throughout life. At our clinic on Storgatan in Malmö, 8 psychologists currently work in a close and supportive team, and now we hope you want to become our new colleague!

We are looking for a licensed psychologist with a CBT focus and experience in meeting and treating adults. It is important to us that you can work independently and in a structured manner, while also appreciating being part of a team that supports and inspires each other.

What we offer you:

With us, you will meet clients through care options such as psychotherapy, CBT, occupational health care, health insurance, and private clients. You will be responsible for advising and treating adult clients in a safe and well-organized environment.

We who lead the clinic are psychologists ourselves and offer support through guidelines, treatment materials, and continuous supervision from an external and experienced supervisor. We value freedom and flexibility – therefore, you have great opportunities to influence the design of the position within given frameworks. With us, you will also receive favorable employment conditions and the flexibility to work digitally some days of the week.

We expect you to have:

• A basic CBT education
• A desire to work evidence-based
• Experience in CBT treatment within primary care, psychiatry, or occupational health care.
• Experience in assessing and treating adults

The clinic is centrally located at Storgatan 5 in Malmö, and we have a flexible start date.
